Are CurAge Santé services covered by RAMQ?
No. CurAge Santé is a private medical clinic. Services are not covered by RAMQ. Receipts are provided after each visit.
Can I submit my receipt to private insurance?
Yes — receipts may be eligible for reimbursement under certain private insurance plans. Coverage depends entirely on your individual plan; please check with your insurer.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes, many services can be offered virtually when clinically appropriate. Some situations may require an in-person visit.
How do I access the Medisync client portal?
Use the Client Portal link in the header or footer of this site. You can log in to complete intake forms, upload photos, and manage your appointments.
Do I need to provide photos before booking?
Certain services — for example dermatology consultations and some acute conditions — require clear photos uploaded through the portal in advance. The requirement is indicated on the service page.
Can I renew a prescription?
Yes, when medically appropriate after assessment. Renewals require a consultation; the clinician will determine if a renewal can be issued safely.
Can I request a blood test prescription?
Yes, a private blood test requisition can be issued when clinically appropriate after a brief consultation.

What should I do in an emergency?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. CurAge Santé does not provide emergency services.
