- Bloodwork requests when clinically appropriate; bloodwork is prescribed individually and billed separately.

Private services are not covered by RAMQ. Receipts are provided and may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your private insurance plan. Services are subject to clinical assessment and medical eligibility.
