- A care plan, which may include bloodwork, imaging requests, a prescription or a referral when appropriate.
- Clear next steps and follow-up options.
Private services are not covered by RAMQ. Receipts are provided and may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your private insurance plan. Services are subject to clinical assessment and medical eligibility.
